Music is one of the oldest ways to communicate, with it we don't need words, we simply give ourselves to enjoy the emotion that it offers us at that moment.
Movement is intimately linked to music; they accompany and encourage each other.
The voice is our personal instrument, and together with movement, one of our most elemental ways of expressing ourselves.
Children are artists in constant creation.
This workshop invites you to express yourself through music, voice and movement. Three tools that will benefit them in all aspects of their lives.
Expressing ourselves fluently frees us, fills us with energy and boosts our self-esteem.
Working in a group makes us feel part of a community, and at the same time useful, teaching us to listen and respect our own needs, the needs of others, and those of the group in general.
Doing it as a family deepens the bond even more, with young and old enjoying the gift of learning something that is new to everyone.
In this workshop we will:
- Percussion with instruments
- Body percussion
- Relaxation and body activation exercises
- Exercises for voice release and voice awareness
- Songs from different parts of the world
- We will play rhythms from Brazil, Uruguay, Colombia and Africa.
